While he is currently busy with his upcoming release Bahadur 120 and later Don 3 with Ranveer Singh, fans have been wondering what happened to Jee Le Zara, the film announced in 2021 with Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt. Rumors had suggested that the project was shelved, but Farhan has now given a clear update, putting the speculation to rest.

An interview of Farhan Akhtar with a YouTube channel is going viral, in which he was asked if Jee Le Zara has been shelved. To this, he said: “I don’t like saying that the film has been shut down. This film will definitely be made, but I don’t know when. The script is fantastic, and work has been done on it.” However, by saying nothing specific about casting, he indirectly revealed a lot. This is a hint that the matter is still stuck when it comes to the film. The actor shared that the film’s music is already ready. Locations for the shooting have been finalized. In fact, most of the work had been completed quite some time back. He said that he does not want to comment on casting for now, but he is waiting for the day when the film’s work can resume. Actually, earlier too, it was reported that the project was stuck due to scheduling conflicts with the three actresses.

Alia–Katrina and Priyanka’s projects?

Alia Bhatt has two big films lined up. This year, Alpha will release, and next year Love and War will arrive. On the other hand, there is currently no information about Katrina Kaif’s upcoming films.
